CONNOR’S KOLSCH: An authentic German-style golden ale. Lower mash and fermentation temperatures , a percentage of wheat malt in the grain bill and German Hallertau hops all contribute to the refreshing flavor of this light beer. 22 IBUs. 4.8% abv. *** HATS OFF TO CONNOR – May he rest in peace!***
DOGTAIL IPA: Brewed with all the TLC a hop-head has to offer, this bold ale tantalizes the taste buds of the serious hop lover with its pronounced bitterness and citrusy finish. Generous amounts of Centennial hops added at the end of the kettle boil and dry-hopped in the serving tank contribute a fresh, crisp hop flavor and aroma. 69 IBUs. 6.0% abv.
KENNEL KING IMPERIAL IPA: A beer fit for anyone with a palate daring enough to give it a try. Hops, hops and more hops. Loads of Simcoe, Cluster, and Amarillo are added during the kettle boil and even more of the same are dry hopped in the serving tank. If you are into hops, then this is a must-try! 103 IBUs. 8.1% abv.
OLD BOYS’ BROWN ALE: Medium in body and unique in its flavor complexity. We use a combination caramel, victory, and chocolate malts to give this tasty brew a toasted, nutty flavor. 24.64 IBUs. 4.8% abv.
THE SEASONALS/SPECIALTIES
BLACK INDIA RYE ALE: A dark hoppy ale with toasted and cocoa-like malt flavors providing balance. Citra hops were exclusively used throughout the brewing process, showcasing the hop’s tart berry like and citrus profile. 67 IBUs. 6.4% abv.
PISTACHIO CREAM STOUT: The brewmaster brewed a sweet stout as the base for this rich, dark ale. The additions of lactose sugar to the kettle boil adds body and a subtle sweetness while roasted pistachio nuts steeped in the serving tank provide a unique accent for your drinking pleasure. Enjoy! 33 IBUs, 5.5% abv.
SNOWBALL’S CHANCE WINTER ALE: Inspired by the flavors found in holiday breads, this spicy brew was made with roasted, candied walnuts—as well as biscuit and Special B malt– in the mash, dark Belgian candi syrup during the boil, and the addition of cinnamon sticks and coriander toward the end of the boil. Enjoy! 33 IBUs, 6.0 % abv.
RAZZLE DAZZLE WHEAT: An American Wheat beer brewed with white wheat malt in the mash, lemon zest and grains of paradise in the boil, and sixteen gallons of freshly-pressed raspberry juice added to the beer halfway through fermentation. Slightly sweet and slightly tart, Razzle Dazzle is a refreshing, tasty reminder that summer is not that far away! 18 IBUs, 6.2% abv.
GINGER SAISON: An authentic farmhouse-style Belgian ale with a distinct citrus character accented by spicy pepper-like notes. Brewed with ginger and Michigan basswood honey added during the kettle boil, this fruity golden ale is light in the body and dry, yet has a surprisingly silky mouth feel. 33 IBUs, 7.2% abv.
BARREL AGED HOLIDAY STOUT: Our chocolate stout aged for two months in a bourbon barrel. Dark Belgian candi syrup added to the barrel provides dark fruit essences, blending with the oak and bourbon hints in a unique take on Stout beer. 30IBU’s 6.0%abv.
