An authentic German-style golden ale. Lower mash and fermentation temperatures, a percentage of wheat malt in the grain bill and German Hallertau hops all contribute to the refreshing flavor of this light beer. 5.2% ABV, Light hop flavor *Gluten Reduced

A golden (straw colored) lager brewed with a larger part of the grain bill being corn and a yeast strain used in many popular import beers, clear and crisp. None of the "skunky" taste you get from those "punished" imports that have sat on the shelf too long (try it with a lime). 5% ABV
OLD BOYS’ BROWN ALE
Medium in body and unique in its flavor complexity. We use a combination caramel, victory, and chocolate malts to give this tasty brew a toasted, nutty flavor. 5.5% ABV, Malty without hop bitterness *Gluten Reduced

Brewed with all the TLC a hop-head has to offer, this bold ale tantalizes the taste buds of the serious hop lover with its pronounced bitterness and citrus y finish. We now exclusively use Michigan grown hops in all stages of this brew since we have some of the best craft hop growers in the world in our back yard! 6.4% ABV, Robust hop bitterness and flavor.
A Blackberry Infused version of our Flagship IPA. All the same delicious hoppiness you have come to expect, but with a strong helping of blackberrys. Not too sweet, not too tart, just right. 6.0% ABV
BRADS PUMPKIN LAGER
We start with 35 Jarradale Pie Pumpkins grown in Nunica, MI and roast them to perfection in our ovens. The resulting nutty, almost buttery pumpkin meat is then added to the mash of biscuit y German malts on brew day 5.4% ABV
OLD BLUE OATMEAL STOUT
An old tried and true favorite with a blueberry twist. This American style stout is rich in chocolate maltiness with hints of tart blueberry tannins and sweet berry juices. Oats lend a creamy mouthfeel and velvet texture. A tribute to the old dog that can still run with the young pack. 5% ABV
MICHIGAN HERITAGE IPA
Michigan Heritage is a proprietary hop grown only in Michigan . Copious amounts of Michigan Heritage as well as Michigan grown Cascade hops went into this American IPA. Slightly malty, generously hoppy without being too bitter. 6.5% ABV

Brads Belgian Ale
A deep reddish copper color, moderately strong, complex malty flavors with hints of chocolate, caramel and toasted breads. Also slight fruity esters of plum and dried cherry. 50 lbs of roasted pumpkins from Chittenden Farms fount its way into the mash, but didnt flavor the beer - a pumpkin beer without being "pumpkin-y" 8.0% ABV This is a 10 ounce pour.
SAM'S SUPER SAISON
Farmhouse Ale - Saison A golden Saison with hints of raspberry, banana and clove. A treat for lovers of Saisons and Belgian beers. Expressive belgian yeast has a fruity-spicy profile complimented with earthy and subtle hop flavors. 9.5% ABV 10 oz
KENNEL KING IMPERIAL IPA
IPA. Imperial, 8.4% ABV 109 IBU
Imperial Red Ale - Irish - This crisp and malty ale is a nod to Irish brewing tradition. Hefty late additions of European Noble hops give it an unexpected earthy and citrusy bite. Malt forward with late bitterness. 7.1% ABV 35 IBU
Chocolate Oatmeal Stout - The Sack is Back! This version of Nutsack, we brewed up a creamy oatmeal stout then added roasted mixed nuts and coco nibs. Dark and creamy, but an easy drinker with a chocolaty goodness up front and a nutty finish on the back. **Contains mixed nuts and lactose sugar** 5.6% ABV 23 IBU

TOASTED COCONUT STRONG ALE - NITRO Only - 10oz pour
High Gravity Beer. A nice creamy mouth feel on the front, followed by a roasty, chocolatey, dessert finish with the flavor of toasted coconut throughout. A good winter warmer with hints that take you to tropical places. 9.7% ABV IBU
